Walt Green parachuting history

I have been a parachute rigger for over 20 years and am active in Rigger training and parachuting.  I was a US Army Special Forces “A” Team member, and made over 25 military static line jumps, most with heavy equipment.  After my military service, in civilian parachuting I have made over 4000 freefall jumps and am currently the prominent demonstration jumper for opening airshows here in Colorado. I have opened the two-day EAA Airshows at Front Range Airport, and the Radial Engine Fly In at Akron Colorado for the last five years. I am the only demonstration parachutist featuring freefall smoke, large American flag, red white and blue streamers and an entire choreographed program with singers and Civil Air Patrol assistants. I have always been a professional show performer, emphasizing a patriotic theme. I am based in Golden, Colorado, and have worked hard to establish the premier parachute rigging loft to be found on Colorado’s Front Range.
